Emily is a self-taught fitness competitor, something very hard and rare to do. Emily was previously a dancer for 10 years, then moved into traditional fitness when she started college. As a pioneering Millennial in fitness industry, she leveraged her current studies in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Connecticut along with extensive research online including YouTube, to teach herself to train in the gym. She used the same discipline to coach herself to an OCB Bikini competition, where she placed 5th. Emily enjoys baking and making healthier versions of common recipes, hiking and traveling. She specializes in meal plans, weight loss, and diet tips and tricks.
