Keri Jenkins specializes in the mind-body connection to attain and maintain optimum fitness. She originally earned her certifications in nutrition, group fitness and Personal training in the UK in 2003. She believes that your mind is like a muscle: the more it’s exercised, the stronger it gets and the more it can expand. Keri helps her clients get into the best mindset possible and from there, their fitness goals will easily fall into place. Keri loves to teach Barre, Spin and TRX. She's a military spouse and mom of 2, Mady & Luke (10 & 3).
